Community Circles: New Programming for Late Spring 2025
Shalom Striders: a fun walking group, meets twice a month to stroll together and promote healthy living. Everyone is welcome to join, whether you want to walk at your own pace or bring along your kids in strollers. Feel free to invite friends to join the fun too! Plus, every participant will be entered into quarterly giveaways for some great prizes.
Mitvah Knitters: A new knitting program that will donate the different goods made from knitting on behalf of the Jewish Federation to different needs within our community. Starting May 2025.
Project 1: Baby Blankets for Newborns of the community- will come with note signed by creator to the family
Project 2: Knitted Goods for Hadera: As cooler weather of October 2025 approach, knitters will knit socks, mittens, or hats for families in need from our sister city, Hadera, Israel. This project will run through February 2026 with monthly mailouts so families can utilize the goods all winter long in Israel.
No'ar Nosh & Havdalah: A once monthly Havdalah event hosted by different young families or individuals at different venues around El Paso, held on a Saturday night where Havdalah will start the event, followed by food, fun, and friends; open to 25-40 yr. age group. Program is family-friendly & open to everyone in the community within age group. Starting May 2025- more info to come.
